Candidate Assessment / AI

Smarten up your interview process with Sapia. When you’ve got a panel of interviewers, each person involved can focus on one element to report back on I.e. Personality / culture fit, communication or technical ability. Sapia’s text based interview format uses NLP to do all of that for you. Lets take a deeper look.

Candidate Assessment

Hands free hiring! The boss is coming, look busy! More and more tools are coming to market that just make a recruiters life that bit more easier and simple. Should we be worried? Not just yet but as time goes on technology is for sure going to take the pain out of a lot of mundane activities

🚀 What is it and how does it work? Vervoe basically allows you to assess candidates with tasks that they would be doing in their new role, allowing you to see them doing the job before they get the job

You create the specific assessment for the role your hiring (templates are available for customisation) then set up your branding and welcome process including video. Then simply share the link to invite candidates in your job add, social pages or directly via email.

Then results of completed tests flow in for you to shortlist. The system uses machine learning to learn what makes a successful hire for your company which only gets smarter in providing you the best candidates.

Vervoe has so many other features to utilise including assessments insights and reporting, collaboration and easy integration with ATS’s like Greenhouse

💸 How much does it cost? Vervoe has 3 plans but only publicly shows one, which is a Pay & Go plan priced at $228 per year, and is described as “Ideal for teams at growing start-ups and small businesses”. For anything above you will have to get in contact directly

Aspect

Interview Intelligence / Interview note taking

Wouldn’t it be great if you could have a note taker siting in on all of your video interviews so you could just concentrate on engaging the candidate better and having a more fluid and conversational type of interview, allowing you to get the best out of your candidate. Well, now you can! Enter Aspect.AI

🚀 What is it and how does it work? Aspects integrates with your video interviewing platform, automating the data capture and delivering notes and interview summaries to you directly.

Aspect uses AI to help summarise the interview into notes, given its users the ability to capture all answers to questions, not leaving a stone unturned with anything said that might have been missed by the human ear.

You can have your score cards automatically filled freeing up more time for its users. Using a ChatGPT model, you can ask the tool questions directly about your completed interviews, for example; “How did Michael answer the question about preforming under pressure” and it will give you a detailed answer from the data its drawn from the interview. Pretty cool!

The platform offer integration with a number of widely uses ATS’s and has an interview coaching feature that can provide you feedback and coaching to help you improve your interviews

💡 Who is it for? We can see a user case for both in house and agency recruiters, however with the integrations to ATS’s that mostly used by in house teams like, Ashby and Greenhouse, we’d say its more likely to be useful for inhouse teams.

Fetcher

Sourcing

As recruiters we’re always looking for new ways we can reach those ever elusive candidates, and so adding another sourcing tool to your arsenal with the promise of being able to reach the far corners of the internet and beyond, is always worth digging in to.

🚀 What is it and how does it work? Fetcher is a sourcing tool that integrates well with most team pre-existing tech and comm stacks, including ATS’s like Ashby and Greenhouse, and comm channels like Slack or Teams, as well of course your email providers.

Set up your search criteria, collate results and start building your talent pipelines. Import profiles and actively connect with candidates in your pipeline all at once with AI-enable automated workflows. Just set up your email template sequence and take your hands of the steering wheel. Hopefully watch the responses come back and track your results with data driven benchmarks and insights.

Although a US based company it does seem that Fetcher are GDPR compliant and its services will cover Europe as well.

💡 Who is it for? In-house teams, SME’s doing their own recruitment and recruitment / Staffing firms

💸 How much does it cost? Fetcher has 3 plans that can be purchased on a yearly or monthly subscription (yearly has a 20% discount), however the first plan is free.

  • The free plan limits you to 50 profiles.

  • Growth plan is $199/ month - You get up to 4000 profiles + calendar, Slack and ATS integrations

  • Amplify plan is $649/ month - You get everything already mentioned in the growth plan plus 1k human sourced profiles
