CleverConnect is all about candidate engagement, management and naturing through their AI-powered Candidate Experience Platform, which allows organisations, in their own words to: Attract new active and passive candidates, Engage them with a fulfilling experience and a sustainable relationship, reveal their motivation, potential and skills at scale, to identify the best fits for their positions.

Their platform offers a number of products a solutions. under talent sourcing, you can import entire profiles from sites like LinkedIn or Xing using their all-browser-compatible plugin. You can also set up automatic emailing to seek consent and consent renewal for using candidate profiles.

Clever Connect integrates with other 50 ATS, HRIS and recruitment software platforms, helping to create a seamless work flow

Another product is their customisable employee referral programmes that allow users to digitise employee referral programme and generate more applications and provide employees with the resources they need to refer candidates.

💡 Who is it for? We see user cases from all industry verticals, from finance, logistics and supply chain, to computing and engineering. Although their clients list is made up of large enterprise clients, we don’t see why a tool like this wouldn’t be useful for an SME.

🚀 What is it and how does it work? Consider is a platform that wants to automate your candidate outreach and referral campaigns. They have 3 main products, Consider Talent Sourcing, Consider Recruiter Intelligence and their Consider Talent Circle product. Talent Circle is their product that is aimed at Venture Capital organisations, enabling them to operate central job boards and networks for their portfolio companies.

Talent sourcing offer features to help automate and systemise your candidate outreach, for example; email sequences and talent connections which lets you find introductions through your teams network.

Their Recruiter Intelligence product is a staffing agency tools which lets its users keep a track on target companies and specific functions to see when new jobs have been posted, set custom alerts and quickly check to see if you have connections to make introductions.

🚀 What is it and how does it work? In their own words; tidyhire.app is an outbound recruiting platform for the recruiters and sources to find potential hires and engage with them using multi-channel outreach campaigns.

TidyHire connects with more than 30 networks, including LinkedIn, StackOverflow, and Github to name a few. The platform also gives you specific filters to help with searching hard-to-find talent and lets you set up personalised, automated email sequences.

TidyHire has a Chrome extension that lets you use its platform capabilities on top of LinkedIn

💡 Who is it for? Whether you’re a start-up or large enterprise, if you’re looking to increase your reach and automate it at the same time, TidyHire will be useful
