#theresatoolforthat
One of the main reasons for establishing this newsletter was to unearth and present to you the hidden treasures in Talent Acquisition and recruitment technology.
Talent acquisition isn't merely about filling vacancies anymore. It's evolved. It's about pinpointing potential and unearthing hidden gems.
Consider the new kid on the block - 'Predictive Hiring'. Merging data science with talent acquisition, it forecasts a candidate's future performance based on past actions and trends.
Then there's 'Programmatic Advertising' - a game-changer. It automates job ads, targeting them towards suitable candidates and improving the quality of applications. It's like having a personalised billboard on every corner! We recently met with market leader in this space, Adway, for a demo of what’s to come!
Lastly, let's not forget the rising star of 'Employer Branding'. Companies are now storytellers, weaving narratives around their culture and values. It attracts like-minded individuals, creating a workforce that resonates with the company's ethos.
The landscape of talent acquisition is shifting. We're moving from a reactive to a proactive approach, from gut feeling to data-driven strategies. It's a journey towards a smarter, more efficient future in hiring.
And we look forward to covering all the new tools that will come out for these areas?
