🚀 What is it and how does it work? Screening CV’s is another one of those tasks we sometimes wish we could pass off to an automated tool to handle for us, especially when its for role that received a ton of applicants. Well look no further, Brainner may have just sorted that problem for us.

I believe there is such a thing as screening fatigue, where you’ve looked at so many CV in one sitting that your screening senses start to get tired and you may start to miss things. One thing about using software for this problem… It will never get tired.

Okay, so how does it work? Upload your job description into the Brainer system. The AI tool not only suggests potential improvement’s for your job description, but also analyses and extracts key criteria for screening candidates and categorises them into areas such as work, education, skill etc.

You then can customise the screening criteria so that it matches your hiring methods and state whether its to be mandatory or not. Through the system you can then share the JD to various platform like LinkedIn and your own career site. As candidates apply for the job, the Brainer system will in real-time sort through their profiles, filtering out those who don't meet your criteria that you’ve already set.

The system also gives you access to detailed reports for each candidate to help you decide whether to proceed with an interview.

🚀 What is it and how does it work? At the rate that these new tools are being produced and the tech that they are utilising, we really will be replaced AI. Talently in their own words is an Al interviewer that conducts live, conversational interviews and gives real-time evaluations to effortlessly identify top performers.

Ok, Talently uses a chat bot screen that types the questions and reads them out loud so not quite the human experience, however over time we can see this format becoming more and more life like. We can definitely see the power of this tool, particular for more technical roles and volume hiring as it save tons of time.

Upload a job title, detailed JD and choose your interview format on the platform. The system then produces a self scheduling link for the candidates so you don’t even have to worry about scheduling interviews as well. For technical roles you can even conduct real time coding interviews and the AI will analyse their responses.

After the interview is complete you will receive an extensive evaluation and score. The system will also short list the best and most qualified candidates ready for you to progress with.

💡 Who is it for? Useful for most in house hiring teams, however we’d say anyone conducting volume hiring for technical positions would likely get the most out of this tool

🚀 What is it and how does it work? Pyn helps employers develop the employee experience by designing the employee journey from start to finish. Automate triggers and communication allowing your HR and people teams to stay engaged and on top of an ever changing and demanding workforce.

Use templates that have already been created by HR experts and implement them into your own employee journey design. An employee has just been promoted and this change triggers a notification in your HRIS which in turn tells Pyn to send the relevant information, such as training or support documentation.

As well as automation, Pyn allows you to personalise and bespoke everything, and integrate with a number of HRIS and communications channels like MS Teams and Slack

💡 Who is it for? Probably best for in house teams of companies who have people/ HR teams already structured and in place, and where the company is scaling the workforce.
