More now than ever there seems to be a demand for talent intelligence and more insight across hiring. And now with the increase and innovation in AI, new tools, products and features are built that go deeper and wider, given talent teams access to areas of insight we found difficult to get before. These tools can now cover post hiring and look at what happens during on-boarding, a candidates tenure in your company as well as the departure and off boarding processes. Any company that wants to maintain a competitive edge and look at potential bottlenecks across the board is looking into analytic and insight platforms that can sit on top of and integrate fully into the pre-existing tech stack.
